Charging methodology Variable Costs
For BBL shippers any use of BBL pipeline capacity results in a share of the cost of the electricity and gas used in operations and grid connection costs. Each GTC shipper is required to contribute to their share of these costs based on the allocated capacity.

The threshold GB domestic gas demand for Conditional Firm Reverse Flow from 1 October 2025 up to and including 31 March 2026 is 144 million m3/day. The threshold GB domestic demand for Conditional Firm Forward Flow from 1 April 2026 up to and including 30 September 2026 is 246 million m3/day.
