Announcement BBL physical flow switch to Reverse Flow (1)

The BBL physical flow direction is currently in Forward Flow mode (NL > GB). Due to recent market developments BBLC will switch the physical flow direction to Reverse Flow (GB > NL), starting gas day 19 October 2023 06:00 CEST. Once the pipeline is in Reverse Flow mode, BBLC enables and facilitates the market to make use of Reverse Flow as a firm capacity product.
Availability short term products
No daily capacity products will be offered on the PRISMA auction platform for the duration of the physical flow switch (estimated: one gas day). Once available again, the Reverse Flow daily capacity is 7,699,193 kWh/h. Actual information on the availability of capacity products can be found on the PRISMA platform only.

BBL Company has published its tariffs for gas year 2026 and beyond . These apply to Forward Flow (NL to GB) and Reverse Flow (GB to NL) capacity products offered through PRISMA and the Implicit Allocation mechanism.
