Modifications to the IRF charging methodology

With the introduction of the European Network Code on Capacity Allocation Mechanisms (CAM) on the BBL interconnector on 1 November 2015 unbundled quarterly, monthtly and daily interruptible reverse flow (IRF) capacity will be offered on PRISMA primary instead of BBL’s own IRF capacity auction platform. The introduction of CAM on the BBL and the use of PRISMA lead to modifications to BBL’s charging methodology for IRF capacity.

These modifcations are consulted from today until Tuesday 18 August 2015. For more information on the proposed modifications and how to respond please visit our Consultations page.
