Market consultation charging methodology non physical Interruptible Reverse Flow services

BBL Company has developed a new proposal for the charging methodology of its non physical Interruptible Reverse Flow (IRF) services. In this charging methodology the views from market parties regarding the structure of the IRF services to be offered, for which an informal consultation took place in January 2010, are incorporated.

BBL Company would like to ensure that all persons who may have a direct interest in the charging methodology are consulted and therefore launched a market consultation before submitting the final proposal to the authorities. This consultation allows interested parties a period of no less than 28 days within which to make written representations. Taking into account this twenty-eight days consultation, BBL Company is asking for responses by 16th March at the latest. Below you will find the relevant document for the consultation:

Following this consultation BBL Company will agree with Dutch and UK regulatory authorities on the necessary arrangements to be able to offer the IRF services to the market. BBL Company intends to introduce these proposed services after approval of the methodology by the regulatory authorities.
