Consultation on the implementation of the Network Code on CAM and CMP

Two weeks ago BBL Company (BBLC), Gasunie Transport Services (GTS) and National Grid Gas (NGG) launched a consultation, jointly seeking your views on our proposals to implement new European Regulation.

The proposals are set out in detail in our Concept Document and cover the key concepts for implementing the European Network Code on Capacity Allocation Mechanisms (CAM) and the Congestion Management Procedures (CMP) for customers wishing to transport gas on the BBL interconnector from the Netherlands to Bacton (UK). The Concept Document also covers the very limited consequences of the implementation of the Balancing (BAL) European Network Code.

The accompanying Consultation Letter sets out the consultation process, timeline and how to respond. It also includes specific questions to which we would appreciate stakeholders  responses.

The Concept Document and the Consultation Letter are available on our consultations page.

The consultation period will end on Friday 8 May 2015. Feedback on the consultation should be provided on or before this date.

We look forward to receiving your feedback.
