Recently we sought shippers’ views on the implementation proposals of the EU Network Codes on CAM, CMP, BAL and Interoperability. We now present the conclusion reports on both consultations. We also present the changes to BBLC’s General Terms and Conditions and the charging methodology for forward flow capacity.
In addition we are proposing changes to our current GT&C 2014-1 booking procedure, valid until the introduction of CAM on 1st November 2015, to facilitate shippers’ requests for profiled capacity bookings and the reshuffling of existing capacity contracts.
