BBL Company starts Open Season

BBL
Company V.O.F. is currently constructing a gas transmission pipeline (BBL)
between the UK and the Netherlands which will connect Balgzand and Bacton. The
gas will be flowing from the Netherlands to the UK. In December 2006, BBL
Company will start its commercial operation. From 1st March 2007
until 1st December 2007, BBL Company will have capacity available in
the BBL.
In an
open season, BBL Company will offer this capacity to the market.

Open season information period.
Based on a
Confidentiality Agreement, shippers can express their interest
and send
a non binding capacity
nomination to BBL Company. BBL Company
will provide information about tariffs and the General Terms and Conditions
from 1st February 2006.
ØMarch 1st
2006 – March 15th 2006: Shippers can send binding capacity
nominations to BBL Company.
ØMarch 15th
2006 – April 1st 2006: Allocation of requested capacity to
potential shippers and signing
of transportation contracts.
