Capacity trading

BBL shippers can request for a transfer of BBL transmission capacity. By means of a transfer of capacity, a BBL shipper passes on the usage rights of (part of) its capacity to another BBL shipper.
Any BBL shipper who wants to request a transfer of capacity, has to use the following form: Request for Transmission Capacity transfer.

The procedure employed by BBL Company for the processing of requests for transfer of capacity has been laid down in the document How to obtain an approved and registered Capacity Transfer.

The conditions applicable to the transfer are specified in a confirmation letter. BBL Company sends this letter to both the transferor and the transferee after it has accepted and successfully processed a transfer request.The format of this letter is as follows: Transfer confirmation Letter.
